I used Cornershop yesterday and the driver was really nice. He messaged me when something was out of stock and sorta waited a bit while I picked a replacement, which I appreciated. The delivery ended up being a little later than the app first showed, but he was friendly and handled it all well. Overall, it was a good experience

"So... I was a little disappointed..."
So... I was a little disappointed when my order arrived. The items didn’t look or feel like the quality I was expecting, and a few things seemed kind of poorly made
"Delivery fees got ridiculous"
I used cornershopapp.com a few times, and at first it seemed convenient. You know, the whole point of delivery is to make life easier, not to make me question my financial decisions over a bag of groceries.
The total looks fine at first, then suddenly checkout turns into a fun little surprise party of fees. Delivery fee, service fee, probably a fee for breathing near the app. I don’t mind paying for delivery, but this got way too expensive for a small order.
I ended up deleting the app. At this point, it’s cheaper to just go to the store myself, which is amazing because I thought the whole idea was to avoid doing exactly that.
"Really good packaging"
I ordered a few groceries and was actually pleased with how they showed up. Nothing felt crammed into the bags, and the fragile items were kept away from the heavier stuff, which just makes sense but not everyone does it.
Everything arrived fine, no squashed items or leaks, and even the cold things were still in good condition. It’s a small detail, but when you’re unpacking groceries and nothing is a mess, it kind of makes the whole order feel... yeah, 5 stars from me.

The app itself is fine, but the pricing feels a bit misleading to me. I’ll see one price while browsing, then by the end there are extra fees and markups that make the total higher than I expected. I don’t mind paying for delivery at all, I just want to know the real cost upfront before I spend time putting an order together. Overall, I’d use it only if I really needed to, but the unclear pricing makes me hesitant
"Wasn't sure what was going on"
I kept wondering if I was being too impatient, but the updates were slow. I had to keep asking just to find out what was happening, and the shopper barely replied

"Mostly Right... But Still Not Quite Perfect!!"
I’ve ordered from Cornershop a few times now, it’s always a little hit or miss?? This time most of my stuff showed up correctly, which I appreciated, but they still sent the wrong flavor of one item and completely missed a small thing I needed.
It wasn’t a total disaster or anything!!! But I do wish the shoppers would double-check a little more before checking out. Not awful, not great... so yeah, 3 stars feels about right!!

"As someone who’s usually juggling work and..."
As someone who’s usually juggling work and errands, this is really convenient when I don’t have time to go shopping myself. Most of the time it saves me a lot of hassle, but it’s not always perfect. I’ve had a few orders where items were missing, and sometimes the delivery takes longer than the estimate. I still use it because it makes life easier, but I wouldn’t say it’s completely smooth every time.

"Issue was sorted out quickly"
One item was missing from my order, i expected it to turn into a whole back-and-forth like I’ve had with other delivery apps before. But I contacted support through the app and they replied faster than I thought they would. They looked into it and issued a refund without making me jump through hoops. Happy with how they handled it, and I’d definitely use Cornershop again.

"Delivery took forever"
I ordered a few groceries thinking it would be fast, but the delivery time just kept getting pushed back. The app said the driver was almost there for what felt like an hour, and when I tried to get help, I kept getting transferred around instead of anyone actually fixing it.
By the time the order finally showed up, I didn’t even need some of the stuff anymore. This isn’t the first time it’s been slow either, so I definitely wouldn’t count on it if you’re in a hurry.

"Reliable for busy days, with a small tip"
I use Cornershop whenever my schedule gets too packed to run errands, and for the most part it’s been really dependable. My orders usually show up on time, and the shoppers are good about messaging if something is out of stock. I did have one delivery arrive late, but it wasn’t a huge issue. The app is simple enough to use too. If you’re in the neighborhood and thinking about trying it, I’d just suggest keeping your phone nearby in case the shopper needs to ask about replacements. Overall, it works well most days, so I’d give it 4 stars.

The shopper was professional enough, so that was nice. They did seem a bit rushed though and somehow missed a few simple notes I left, which was kind of the whole point of leaving them. Overall, not terrible, just not exactly a flawless mission

"Fresh produce seems to be a gamble"
I ordered a bunch of fruit and veggies, assuming it would be decent since the last few grocery deliveries I’ve had from other places were fine. But most of it showed up bruised or already going soft. The lettuce had brown edges, and the berries had that smell where you just know they’re not going to last. Maybe this is a pattern with how they handle fresh items, but I’m not planning to order produce from them again

"Stuff I wanted wasn’t always there"
The app is decent overall, I used it a few times and it worked fine enough. But a bunch of the stuff I usually buy was out sometimes, which kind of made it feel less useful, even though I guess that might not be the app’s fault. Still, if I can’t get half my usual items, I end up thinking the app isn’t that great.

"Tracking was way off from what I remember"
From what I remember, the delivery updates were all over the place. The tracking kept showing things that didn’t match where the package actually seemed to be, and my order ended up arriving late. I reached out to support, but they didn’t really clear anything up or help much, so the whole experience was frustrating.

"Stock is never, ever accurate"
The app will say items are in stock, then my shopper messages me saying half my order is missing. It happens again and again, and it’s really frustrating when you plan around what it says is available.

I use it for grocery orders and it’s simple to get around. Checkout did freeze on me once which was kinda annoying, but other than that it’s been easy enough to use
